Our full-service custom lets you take your kit from blank canvas to fully realised design. Collaborate with our design team to bring your vision to life using state-of-the-art sublimation printing, giving you complete control over colours and designs.
FAST TURNAROUND VINYL BRANDING
Our fast-turnaround custom vinyl service lets you choose items from the CIOVITA range and apply heat-transferred vinyl to specific garment areas. This allows you to enjoy our extensive range of colours and styles while adding your own personal touch.

STEP 1: CLICK ADD TO CART TO START YOUR FUSION JOURNEY
This will mark your order as a FUSION order, so we know it requires vinyl.
STEP 2: ADD YOUR PRODUCTS
Browse our range and select the items you want to have branded. You can pick any jersey, shorts, bib, gilet or jacket from our range. Pay for your order order as usual.
STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR VINYL ORDER FORM
You will be sent a vinyl order form over email where you can specify the colour and placement of your vinyl.
STEP 4: FINALISE YOUR ORDER
One of our sales reps will contact you to complete your order.

Fusion Process
HOW DO I PLACE A FUSION ORDER?
The process starts when you add the CIOVITA CUSTOM VINYL product to your order. You then need to add the items you wish to have vinyl applied to to your cart. Once you place your order our vinyl service will trigger.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Once we have finalised your order, production can take between 5 and 7 days. Please note this does not include shipping.
HOW DO I SHOW WHERE I WANT THE VINYL?
Once your order is placed, you will be sent an order form, which will allow you to pick where you want your vinyl, as well as supply any logo files required.
HOW MUCH DOES THE VINYL APPLICATION COST?
The cost of vinyl depends on the size of the vinyl that needs to be applied. This can vary depending on how many places you wish to brand, and the size of your order.
