Due to High Sales Volumes over Black Friday Weekend, please see the following changes to our usual sales policies.
- No Free Returns over Black Friday
- Exchange/return requests facilitated after BFCM at own cost
- Order modifications can't be facilitated during BFCM
- Order cancellations can only be facilitated after BFCM and are shipped at customer's expense
- Returns, Repairs and Exchanges will only be facilitated after 01/12/23
- Head Office or in-store collection of online orders will not be facilitated during BFCM
- We reserve the right to change sale prices for the duration of the sale
- Local and international shipping delays can be expected
