    Puffer Jacket

    Hi,

    I think your product is great, but unfortunately, service is lacking.

    I have logged a return for the jacket, and, eventually, after a week, the parcel was picked up. No notification was sent. Not for a notice that it will be picked up, nor, that it has been received. In fact, I am not sure if you have received the jacket??

    It was too big. When I wanted to buy a smaller size, not even waiting for the return to reflect in my bank account, the sale was lifted, and only normal price available. (I bought the jacket on sale).

    So, I am totally lost. Money out of pocket, and no jacket.

    Could someone please give me an update on this.
